FLEXIBLE and easy to use

The Proprioceptive Insoles excite the hundreds of thousands of nerve cells loaded in the soles of your feet. Studies show that a textured insole is optimal to arouse postural muscles and elicit benefits ranging from improved balance to improved gait patterns.

MODEL DESIGN BASED ON PEER-REVIEWED STUDIES

The Proprioceptive Insoles are based on the knowledge of neuroscience in how the brain uses proprioceptive feedback from the skin to choose the best postural strategies. The Proprioceptive Insoles increase the somato-sensory output from the plantar sole to improve postural balance and decrease the risk of injury.

Healthy vs Unhealthy Posture

Your posture is made up of fascia and muscle fiber. In an ideal scenario, the tension on both sides of your body is equal (case 1).

When you function on a daily basis with uneven muscle tension, your muscles are unable to revert back to their original state (case 2).

This leads to muscle tightness, misaligned joints, excess muscle tension and uncoordinated movements.

After 365 days, this irregular muscle tension becomes fixated and your brain is no longer able to reverse the process.

Using the foot as a doorway to change faulty motor patterns is the first step to start to retrain your brain to eliminate muscular imbalances.  You will feel much lighter and looser.

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Many studies have confirmed that the feet are part of how the brain manages movement. Consider this: the body utilizes information from your feet to create the proper postural strategy to stand upright. The postural insoles correct foot misalignment from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed.

It does so by activating your skin’s mechanoreceptors, thus changing the way that your motor cortex (frontal lobe) is projecting onto your muscles, allowing each foot to send the same information to the brain. The results are better coordination of movement and stability via several motor tracts (reticulospinal and vestibulospinal). Because the insoles work with the movement center of the brain, we can see changes in alignment, stability, and pain reduction in a very short amount of time.

Save Money

We understand that there is nothing worse than an injury. You can no longer do the thing you love, and your months of progress slowly fade away. Even simple injury rehab like physiotherapy or chiropractor visits can run into the hundreds of dollars.

Not only are our Proprioceptive Insoles less expensive than these solutions, they are made from the best quality durable materials and provide long-lasting results and improve neuroplasticity.

One pair of Proprioceptive Insoles will provide you with inexpensive recovery for years to come.

Benefits of the PROPRIOCEPTIVE INSOLES

Trophy icon

Align the feet. Align the body.

Most people aren’t aware of this, but poor biomechanics in the foot can cause more than just foot pain: knee, hip, and back pain as well.

Strength icon

Why do You Need This?

You may be surprised to learn this: our feet have not one, but four arches. The Arch Activation Proprioceptive Insoles are designed to properly activate all four arches. This can help to relieve the pain caused by many common foot-related problems.

Why they work

Your feet are the foundation of your entire body, enduring tons of pressure each and every day. The Proprioceptive Insoles are designed to keep your feet in their ideal position, thereby relieving joint pressure, pain and discomfort.

I’ve been a long time runner. Military service prepared me for that. The sore, tight muscles have been “soothed” into submission thanks to the insoles. This thing is magical!

Brought this during COVID because can't get to chiro or physio. By no means does it replace those services but it has reduced back and muscle tightness considerably.

WOW!!!

How are they different from orthotics?
There is a powerful sensory connection between the feet and the brain. The feet are actually part of how your brain sees movement.  The insoles differ from orthotics in many ways. First, the insoles stimulate two structures of the foot that contribute to stability and mobility of the body: the skin and the muscles of the foot. In that sense, the goal of the insole is not to move bony pieces, which differentiates them from orthotics.

How do they work?
The Proprioceptive Insoles change how your feet and your brain communicate. They allow each foot to send the same information about the ground. Optimal feedback from your feet lets your nervous system command the right muscle tone from head to toe, which will align your joints and improve your movements.

How to measure?
1. To measure your feet, stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the wall to the end of the longest toe. This is your foot length measurement. 2. Selecting a shoe size: If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.

Why are they so expensive?
Actually, the insoles are quite inexpensive.
Consider this: the body utilizes information from your feet to create the proper postural strategy to stand upright. The postural insoles correct foot misalignment from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed.
The Posturepro Insoles actually stimulates your nervous system to correct all of the muscle imbalances at all joints that are the resultant of a faulty stance. If this fact alone represents 50% of the reasons why you have consulted any specialist in the past, how much money have you spent up to date trying to manage your pain?

How do I know which model is best for me?
We recommend the Arch Activation Insoles if you don't have any specific postural issues. We recommend the Upper Body Strength Insoles if you're looking to target postural issues in the upper body (like rounded shoulders) and the Lower Back Support Insoles if you'd like to target postural issues in the lower body (lower back , hip, knee, etc). The Therapeutic Insoles add an additional form of stimulation (the frequency) and we recommend them for case-related postural issues (specific to you).

How to clean them?
Use water with a warm cloth to clean them.
