Repairing insoles

These insoles are extraordinary, a treasure of goodness. Very pleasant to wear and gives a feeling of well being. In addition to that postural imbalances are fixed very quickly. No more need to visit several doctors for my knee and foot pain and my posture. Everyone in my family has them and wears them. Strength and Stability.

To begin with, the quality of these insoles is on another level compared to anything else I’ve purchased. They’re comfortable while still having pronounced ridges to stimulate the feet. I dove right in and added them to my training shoes as soon as I got them. My connection with my lower body was noticeably increased leading to more consistent power and strength In my training. It seemed to not take as long to activate muscles and I noticed less variability in my strength workout to workout enabling me to access high end power more consistently.

Awesome Insoles!

As a chiropractor with a special interest in neurology, I am always trying to figure out new ways to improve posture and brain health. Through my studies I have learned that the feet provide an abundant amount of sensory stimulation to the brain and some studies have even shown the brain benefits of barefoot walking. Unfortunately our feet can't be barefoot all day so instead of walking around on generic insoles, having the Posturepros helps make up for the lack of stimulation. Such a great idea for all ages!!
