Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling in any of our Programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you will need to sign them before you attend any of our Programs or before we ship out any material. Please note that the Terms and Conditions that you will be required to sign prior to the program contain specific clauses that are city and country-specific. If you have any questions regarding these varied clauses, please contact one of our education coordinators at email@example.com. We ask that you contact us with inquiries prior to enrolment, as failure to sign the documents will result in expulsion of the course and the loss of your deposit.
For programs in the United States, we reserve the right to cancel a course 30 days prior to the event start date. For international programs, we reserve the right to cancel a course 90 days prior to the event start date. If Posturepro cancels a program, the student may either keep the tuition on file and attend another course or receive a refund for the course tuition only. All other expenses are the responsibility of the student.
Refund policy programs
Posturepro International Performance Program: This is a small program designed for 8-10 students. To be able to continue to offer a hands-on experience to our students, we offer a limited refund policy. A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the program. The tuition will be refunded minus 1333€ administration fee. To not penalize other students, if the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable.
Posturepro Sports Performance Program: A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the course. The tuition will be refunded minus 106€ administration fee. If the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable.
Webinars and online certifications: These materials are meant for single-use viewing and are not refundable.
Live-streamed courses: A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the course. The tuition will be refunded minus 115€ administration fee. If the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable, even if the student does not attend the course. Please note that for courses that are given partially online and partially in person, no refund will be issued once part of the course has been started. The request for the refund must be placed at least 45 days before the beginning of either modality of the course to receive a refund (minus the administration fee).
Online consultations: Annette’s time is very limited. There are no refunds for cancelled online consultations. The time slot has been allocated to you and, because of Annette’s busy schedule, there is no way of rescheduling.
COVID 19: We continue to receive news, updates and other information regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus. We will use our reasonable endeavours to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed and will provide new dates as soon as we can. Student will then be given the option to reschedule up to 12 months from the new seminar date. A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of new set dates of the seminar. The tuition will be refunded minus 2223€ administration fee. To not penalize other students, if the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be applied towards a future seminar. You will then be given the option to reschedule up to 12 months from the new seminar date.
Proprioceptive Insoles: No refunds will be issued for the Proprioceptive Insoles if worn for hygienic purposes. Posturepro will provide a full refund for a product that is defective or damaged. Any damaged products must be brought to the attention of POSTUREPRO in writing and with pictures, within ten (10) days following delivery. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale in order to receive a refund. There will be no refund for goods that have been damaged or deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale.

No refunds will be issued based on Force Majeur events. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our programs that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not restricted to, strikes, lock-outs, riot, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, natural disaster, impossibility of the use of public or private transport or public or private telecommunications networks or the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues, and we will reserve an extension of time for delivery of out programs for the duration of that period.
