Motor Pattern Training - Strategies for increased longevity, strength and performance. Better motor performance results from brain input. The strength coach will be introduced to the intricacies of the neurology behind movement.
A very practical part of this course will teach the strength coach how to assess and correct the primary movement pattern errors that, once improved, contribute greatly to increased longevity, strength and performance.
